The Beginnings From the first frame programme, written in HP Basic in 1979 on a 32 kb RAM computer which accommodated 60 nodes and 115 members our structural software offerings have come a long way! The range was expanded to include continuous beams, footings, retaining walls and more. The frame programme was re-written with the arrival of the personal computer and relaunched as StructurAlly. This was widely used in Southern Africa until the pressure to move to Windows led the company to team up with Civil and Structural Computer Services Limited and share our local modules for inclusion into the MasterSeries range of structural software. |
